It’s easy to incorporate mindfulness into the daily routine.

Notice the sensory experience of the body with each activity without judgment or analysis. Ignore the thinking brain and see each activity with the curious eyes of a child.  

Being aware and noticing each moment heals the body and quiets the mind in many ways.

Imagine every moment is new, unique, and original…it truly is.

When mindful, ignoring the constant chatter of the brain results in feelings of peacefulness. Observe passing thoughts and feelings without judgment or analysis.  When you notice thoughts or analysis, gently watch the sensory experiences of the body while daily life seems to unfold as:

  • Brushing teeth
  • Toweling after showering
  • Eating fruit
  • Washing hands
  • Opening mail at the box
