What’s Looking?

Mindfulness and Nonduality Classes at Juniper Level Botanic Garden, Raleigh, NC

When we perceive life from a lens beyond the mental concepts and constructs of the brain, and simply experience the seamlessness and unicity of all appearances, our original and natural inner peace and tranquility flows as the moment. Eventually a personal me or self at the center looking out to an external world of subjects and objects is seen to be completely false and the cause of all psychological suffering.

What we are as aware presence appears so effortlessly and intimately as beingness we simply misperceive what is unfolding as an appearance and instead create a story about life with a personal me or self at the center looking out to an external world of subjects and objects.

Simply looking, listening, opening to and inquiring into all appearances, each moment, instead of believing our inner stories and thoughts about each moment allows a dropping away of the false stories inside our head so that what is always here now is perceived as the perfect edgeless fullness it is.
