Nonduality Links

Nonduality at Juniper Level Botanic Garden, Raleigh, NC, USA

I am happy to share the names and websites of nonduality mentors and teachers who helped me by writing and speaking words that confounded my brain.  These writers had me question all my mental processes while challenging me to examine and unravel the personal identity, beliefs, and attitudes preventing me from fully maturing and seeing clearly what is.

These paradoxical, even painful reads seemed to have been just what I needed to move this character more deeply into nonduality and self-inquiry and perceive the identity traps needing to be explored and dissolved before working towards backing away from all that is not truth.

There is no such event as enlightenment as there is no personal self to claim such a mental concept. Exposing the myth of the personal self opens wide the portal of deeply programed and obscured emotions and beliefs waiting to be healed and dissolved in the light of pure aware presence.

I offer my deepest gratitude and respect for these beings of light, past and present.

Also below are a few helpful links to scientists and medical and spiritual healers discussing the science of the brain, the nature of the mental processes/mind, and other topics providing significant insight along the pathless path to what is obvious yet is hidden in plain sight.

Silence is not the absence of thought. Silence is the absence of a personal self taking ownership of thought and thinking.
